Hi, I'm Becki

Pink Flamingo Agency is my boutique creative and operations practice, built after 20 years managing projects, teams and social media accounts across a wide range of industries. 

My background spans production, marketing and project management — including delivering work for organisations such as the World Health Organization, UNESCO and the World Bank. I've also spent years managing social media for businesses, brands and community-led projects, developing content, shaping online presence and helping ideas reach the right audiences.

Pink Flamingo Agency brings all of that together. I work with a small, selective client roster and bring in trusted specialist collaborators when a project calls for it — so you get the flexibility and breadth of an agency with the consistency of working with one person who actually knows your business.

 Based in Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds, I support businesses remotely across the UK with flexible, tailored support that adapts as businesses grow.

Alongside the agency, I’m also a Co-Founder of We Free Women, a not-for-profit organisation creating fully funded wellbeing retreats and experiences for women across the UK.
